Two pairs of ISAS engineers, clad in stunning white cleanroom suits, peer carefully over the top of the spacecraft from their locations atop a pair of hydraulic lifts. (77K JPEG)

After each axis of vibration testing, the mirrors are inspected visually. They will perform a complete alignment check after all 3 axes are shaken, but it's important to make sure no screws are coming loose, for instance.
