Suzaku Seminar & Journal Club

formerly: Topics in High-Resolution X-ray Imaging Spectroscopy Seminar

Purpose

Post-launch, this seminar will focus on opportunities for Suzaku observations, initially focusing on scheduling and analysis of SWG data.

Initially, the talks focused on preparing for high-resolution X-ray imaging spectroscopy in general and the Astro-E2 mission in particular. These talks concentrated on specific topics in series, with general overviews by local experts and reviews of papers by attendees. None of these presentations should be considered definitive; the journal club presentations especially are merely a non-expert's interpretation of the paper, and under no circumstances should be they be cited directly.

Talks begin at 9:30 in Building 21 Room 191.

The remainder of this site is hosted internally. Contact Randall Smith at 6-1155 for more info.
